The Southern New England Chapter of the Soil and Water Conservation Society has decided to postpone our annual conference to summer 2026.

We have recently learned that the Northeast Aquatic Biologists (NAB) Conference is being held in Connecticut on February 4th-6th, which overlaps with our currently scheduled date. We know that the NAB conference will provide information that is important to the conservation and restoration community we serve; for this reason, we thought it best to shift out event to a later date.

With several other events already scheduled in Connecticut and the vicinity throughout February and March, we believe it is best to postpone ours until the summer. Our goal is to ensure that the conference is as impactful as possible for our members as well as the broader conservation and restoration community we serve, and rescheduling will allow us to achieve that.
